Ten packages in two kinds: recurring route service, and repair, inspection & project trades. Pick one, or several if you run more than one trade. Built into Service Path. Re-optimize one tech's day, a whole week, or the whole month with one tap — locked stops stay where you put them.
Reads each client's services and how often they're due — weekly pool, every-other-week cleaning, quarterly pest, twice-a-year HVAC tune-ups — and builds every day for you. Your manager just adjusts.

Security
Your client list is your business. Service Path is built so only your people can see it — and so it stays yours, in writing.
It's all in our Data Ownership & Services Agreement, which you accept when you sign up — along with our Terms of Service.
Service companies that send people to homes and businesses. Pick your service package — Pest Control, Lawn & Landscape, Pool Service, HVAC / Home Services, Cleaning Services, Home Inspection, Garage Doors, Plumbing, Electrical or Outdoor Living — or more than one. You can change your packages any time in Settings; they're all included in the same plans.
You do. Your clients, routes, notes, photos, reports and invoices belong to your company. Nucleus only stores and processes them to run Service Path for you. That's written into the Data Ownership & Services Agreement.
Only the people you give a login to, and only their part: technicians see their own route, supervisors see their crew, managers see everything. Each company's data is encrypted with its own key and kept separate from every other company. A Nucleus team member only looks when it's needed to support you.
No. We never sell your data, use it for ads, share it with other companies, contact your customers for our own purposes, or use it to train AI models.
HTTPS on every connection, AES-256 encryption at rest with a separate key per company, salted-hash passwords, sign-in limits after repeated wrong passwords, roles for every login, and an audit log of sign-ins and changes.
Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database), Resend (email), Google Maps Platform (to put addresses on the map and time drives) and Daily (video help calls, which aren't recorded). We'll tell you before adding any new service that would store your data.
You can export your client list and schedules to Excel or CSV any time. If you leave, we send you a complete copy within 30 days, then permanently delete ours — backups included — and confirm it in writing. If Service Path were ever discontinued, you'd get at least 60 days' notice and a full copy first.
If we confirm or reasonably suspect someone got into your data without permission, your managers hear from us within 24 hours, with updates and a written summary of what happened and what we did.
No. Invoices have a Pay button that opens your own payment page (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, PayPal or your website). We never see card or bank details.
From your company. Day-before reminders, estimates and invoices show your company's name, and replies go to your office email. Customers can stop reminder emails with one tap.
Our Terms of Service and the Data Ownership & Services Agreement. You check one box in the sign-up chat; we record the version you accepted and email you a copy. You can read both any time.
